This review is for all those who think they are on wrong side of the age to join a gym. I joined Fit n Fab when I was of 48 yrs n had to leave after 3 yrs due to some unavoidable reasons. Needless to say, not only did I loose weight and my body looked toned, but had no health issues during those 3 yrs.
Of late I had backache n went for physiotherapy..there I realized all exercises I was made to do were also done at Fit n Fab on reqular basis.
Hence...all the young gals, above 40 yrs..dont think twice, just join Fit n Fab to remain in best of health.

One of the best places there are for fat loss. U can look fit n fab the sir's over there feel like a family there are festival parties. U will never feel formal even on ur first day no ones gonna judge u they are gonna encourage u. I always hesitate to go to these places as once no one cares about ur fitness in normal gyms but the instructors focus is on ur weight. Would recommend!
