I joined the gym Week ago when I joined the gym my weight is 90 kg and with in a week I lost 2kg and today my weight is 88kg and the gym environment is so good and the gym staff have very elegant Nature previously I joined fitness edge and fitness freak but I don't get any positive result and also not learn anything about any kind of exercise but in fit India I do exercise and also learn about every exercise that why I'm doing any of exercise.....I just loved it
