This is fantastic gym for every kind of workout like Aerobics, Crossfit, Weight training. The trainer is great and helpful, even though he's not a personal trainer he'll ensure you follow a routine in a gym and everyone here is great and friendly. It's my second time in a gym and this one is fat better than the previous one.
Fit for life is one of the best gyms I have ever visited. The trainer here provides the best training in terms of guidance, and diet. Besides, it is the safe place for everyone. The trainer is friendly and concerned about the every member in the gym. The best thing, you would get to learn so much here. Highly recommended.

I started working out in Fit for Life sector 122 Noida, about 3 month ago.Entering into gym hits different it's so motivating and fresh environment here, it feels like home.Every member and trainers are friendly and supportive and very motivating. They know every client's potential and plan the workout accordingly. The best gym in Noida with a very friendly and hygienic environment. Highly recommended to visit once and you will would love to visit daily.
