My personal trainer Sanath Sundar has helped me a lot in my fitness journey , lose weight , and pack on lean muscle mass, and he does make my transformation journey fun and easy rather than being gruesome and tough like most trainer's , it never felt like work to me , I enjoyed by workouts every single day .

Long back I had a ligament injury during my work out section, and I was unable to workout for two month. That made me totally down and I was very uneasy about it. Eventually I jointed 'Fit Factor' and I met 'Mr. Sebastian' he was a personal trainer in 'Fit Factor'. I continued my workout section under Mr. Sebastian's guidence. From that day onwards I felt more confidence. I was not at all interested in building up abs, just fitness was my aim, but because of his motivation I eventually got more that I was expecting and I am very satisfied with that. I was not at all having a muscle definition before training under Mr.Sebastian but now I have a better muscle definition. Working under Mr. Sebastian was not at all a regretful factor. The ambiance in Fit Factor is desirable and all equipments is well maintained and top notch. All the members in Fit Factor is friendly and very motivative. I am continuing my workout section in Fit Factor as a regular and I wish to continue as long as possible.

A very healthy, positive space for working out. From the first interaction it was a pleasant experience with them. The trainers are all good and very helpful, unlike most gyms there are always atleast 2 trainers who manage the floor and general clients. They also are building a good health conscious community by sharing knowledge based on scientific studies and not just hearsay. Fit-factor is a superb place to workout.
