I have been consistently working out at this gym for nearly a year now, and I must say it's simply amazing, probably the best gym in Ashoka Garden. The gym is spacious, and I love that they have a private ladies room. The separation of strength training and cardio sessions is a big plus for me. The trainers here are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly, especially Harsh and Hitesh. I've been taking personal training from Harsh, who is also the owner of the gym & an expert in training. Thanks to his guidance, I've seen great results in terms of strength and overall fitness. Harsh is very professional, and his focus on proper technique rather than quick results is something I truly appreciate. I never experienced soreness after an intense strength training, which shows how effective his approach is. The gym has a wide range of equipment, and I've noticed it's continuously improving day by day. If you're a girl interested in weight training, I highly recommend taking personal training here. Learning proper forms of exercises is crucial, and the personal training has been instrumental in my progress.

Great facilities including lockers, showers, steam bath etc. More Equipments also available in this Gym . The trainers are very Professional and helpful. The management ( M.D ) sir is also very humble & Polite

Nice gym. Trainers are professionals, soft spoken and co-operative. All machines are there.

The owner is rude,and trainers are also lazy and they don't care what are you doing or not.. They increase Charges after a month only
