I am with this Gym since 4 yrs..very helpful trainner...wen I joined i weighed 78 kg n dwn the line nw I am 63kg.Good workout according to ur body type in depends on our Diet too.Next they r very genuine Fit n Trim is 14..15 yrs old gym..Can trust them
Average gym. Having basic equipment. Fully a/c. 7 days open(except festival). Reasonable rates. Weak points: Except personal trainer, they not having any General trainer. Customer has to ask everything like gym card, basic diet plan, measurement. Otherwise they won't do. If they improve this then everything is best here.
Although the Gym poster from the outside looks pretty large and loud, the inside is small. There is room for only few of required equipments. Not very well maintained. Fees is average. Trainers are average to below. Seems to be very crowded with only 15 people working out. No proper placement of equipment and space to work out. For the money you pay.. You may opt for an average to good workout. Can be improved.
Spacious gym and not much crowded during morning. All cardio equipments and ac are working fine. Weights are ok for an average to mid size builder. Fits my need so four star.
