Fantastic gym. The machines are available. The coach abhijeet thakur is too good. He really made people loose weight. He provides personal training sessions too. The gym has a boxing area. Free weight area, cardio area, all in good weather we can make use of the terrace. If one wants to be trained hard one can always excercise here. Crowd is mostly decent and serious gyming people.

Working out in this gym from last one year. I don't need any personal trainer but I need convenience in working out, wearing gym clothes as per the workout and guidance,and that I get here. Gym is not crowded but you will find dedicated people always in the gym. The best part is the availability of nearly every machine.

A very nice gym in sector 29 , the gym is very cheap for 1000 bucks a month . That gives you a gym loaded with machines and Air Conditioned environment. The trainer here named Mr.Abhijeet is a very nice trainer.He first analyse your body and then tell your schedule of workout and diet. He is totally reliable trainer.overall gym is nice.
I been here for a year or less ; Abhijeet and his team is quite good ; They are maintaining gym well . It's very economical gym so guys don't expect luxury and high class facility here ; The equipments are basic ones however the gym goers are little bit regular here . This gym is unisex so choose it accordingly. The timings are best for normal office going person . Do try once , you may like it . Abhijeet has been maintaining gym around sector 49 for very long time ; previously his gym was underground basement in sector 49 A block .

Have been to this gym, for 4 months + , from my personal experience one of the best gym in that area...ventilation and ambience is very good.. Pradeep bhaiya ( Gym owner/ trainer) is very humble person and well experienced in his field.
