My experience with Fit & Fab Gym is really praiseworthy and appreciative. Great ambiance, well equipped and well maintained as well , been here for almost a year and extremely pleased with results , trainer is very friendly and very experienced in his field , will guide you in every way possible, and even the management is also the best one can find . We know there is no short cut to success , similarly there is no short cut when you are trying to stay fit or reduce weight or are exercising for any health reason as well and this gym follows this by heart . I have been to many places in past as well but this place does not believe in buttering up their customers just to make them feel good , so that they continue to keep the services rolling , rather this place will guide you all through your journey and fullfill your requirements , but you have to sacrifice a lot too as they will guide you , as we all know that nothing comes easy and neither is their any magic to make you loose weight just like that , every ones body is different and they deal accordingly with each and every one but you need to support them too by following their instructions even outside gym , if you are really interested in actual fitness , weight loss , strength training or even mass gain then do give this place a try you will not regret it.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
