I was the member of this gym for last 3 yrs and i was disappointed by the prevalent bad behavior I observed among some of the patrons. It's unfortunate that a place meant for personal growth and wellness is marred by individuals who disregard basic gym etiquette. Instances of loud conversations, failure to clean equipment, and disruptive behavior were all too common during my visit. So called manager need to get themselves educated in customer management and friendly service
The atmosphere there is so comfortable and energetic . The trainer, owners and members everyone maintains at most professionalism , they hype in the best way possible. The few hours that I spent in FIST are the best part of my day.
