this shop has all good reviews and good pets and good fish and everything is good as they have expanded the shop but please I request to help your employees to be well mannered as my father came to there shop as from my reference for a parrot cage and my father needed a medium size cage so one of the employees told my dad in this cage a MAN CAN FIT INSIDE LIKE YOU in a very rod manner my father was going to buy many things like fish food and parrot food and many more so please sir you will lose a customer like this as no one as will knowledge like you and you are good in speaking and guiding the customer please does teach then SIR Thank

Very bad service provided by the pet shop, I purchased a 38 Day Labrador for 14K on 5th April, 2021 and they assured me that there will be no issue in the puppy, and if there is any they will provide support ... from the day I got puppy he was having loose motions and when I contacted Altaf who is the owner of this shop he told that this is normal in puppies but then too we thought of having patience, after this we waited for 4 day's the puppy was still having loose motions and on the 4th Night he started vomiting and having blood loose motions, i.e he was infected by "Parvovirus", we immediately contacted to our nearest Vet and he told that the pet shop has done fraud with us and the puppy was having this infection from before and then too he sold this to us, with hearing this we were in complete disappointment as the puppy was also very small and by seeing his condition we were completely in pain, but still we thought the pet shop will help us and provide us some support as this infection occurs normally due to having interactions with other puppies where he previously stayed after this we continued the treatment of my puppy from the vet and he just managed to live 3-4 days and was dead on 15th April 2021 at morning 5:30 AM after fighting a lot with his condition, this was really a bad situation for us as after bringing the puppy home it was only 7 Days and the puppy was dead due to bad service provided by this pet shop, and when I contacted the owner of this pet shop "Altaf" he told that this is not their issue after selling the pet that is the owners responsibility and when we asked him for a refund or half payment refund, he cancelled the call, this guys are just playing with emotions of people by providing unhealthy puppies, will highly not recommend anyone to take any thing from this pet shop.

False assurance to customer. Once the sell the pet they wont cooperate with you. Over priced
