First cry is best for kids wear and toys, visited for buying some goodies for my boy, good collection of dresses and toys, well guided by staff, easily visible from TB road near to dharmoos fish hub, good amount of parking

I wouldnt even give them one star for their customer service. My family had a really bad experience shopping at Firstcry Angamaly today. After purchase we asked the staff about the 100Rs discount I had received for purchasing their products before. They told us that it cannot be applied on items we have purchased and it is only redeemable on certain products. I told them that it is not mentioned on their terms and conditions we saw and asked the lady who was on the reception to show it to us. She couldnt find it and called another guy (Nandu) who said that it is on their terms and conditions and doesnt know where it can be seen. He then called the area manager and told us that he said the same. My father asked him for the contact number of the area manager to which he rudely replied that he cant give it to us without even asking it to their manager. Their was a heated argument between us and he spoke in a irrespectful way to my father. Then he spoke to the area manager again and gave us his name and number. They dont even know the basics of customer service. My family will never coming back to this shop in our life or do any online shopping with them. I will never recommend this store to anyone else. They should really teach their staff about the basics of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You just lost some VALUABLE customers. Its a shame that such staff destroy the fame of your reputable company.

A decent place to shop for your kids. From new born items to cloths, toys and a lot more items are available. Although it looks like a lot of items are there, the selection for some particular type or particular age group seems to be limited. We looked for 8 month old boy clothes, the selection was very limited. But I guess it can be a issue of the timing and stock wasn't updated or something. Also, cost of the brand products looks like on the higher side. For some items, the non branded or other brands are available elsewhere for less than half the price. A bit high price is ok for good brands, but double the price of competing brands is not great. Anyway, as they are filled with items for kids, it's hard to dislike their products. But personal preferences play a part in telling if they are good or not. I personally think they could improve selection of cloth items. The shop is clean, but felt a bit small and congested. If we reached there at a peak time, it would have been hard to walk around in there. The staff were friendly and good. So overall I felt it's a good kids products shop, but could use some improvements.

I have visited first cry Angamali today (07/06/2023). It was an awful experience I have ever got. 1. One of the lady staff's (*I don't know her name but she is tall, slim and has straightened hair*) face like I'm randomly picking the things without paying the bill. She is not customer friendly and seems difficult to shows the stuffs. 2. Few of the baby boy clothes were found dusty. * As the customers like me has an expectation from First Cry brand , it's your responsibility to make sure quality products and services to your supporters. People like her spoils it.

Price is little higher compared to other shops. I had a very bad experience from the security at the parking area. He was behaving like a Gunda and he was just shouting at us for parking my car at the parking area little longer during shopping at the same shop. Please ensure that your workers are behaving well with the customers or else you will get ratings lik this.

Good shopand the staffs are very friendly especially the manager . Good quality products .

Awesome collection for kids and babies. Staff's are friendly and the shop have a wide variety of dress especially for kids.

Keep very low expectations when you are visiting Firstcry stores. The standard of the products have come down to a very low level.. I can see better products in mediocre baby shops these days. This shop at Angamaly was of no good. Most of the products were dusty and dirty. We expect some sort of cleanliness while visiting a baby shop. I was highly disappointed with the availability of products and it's quality. The easy answer for their staff was, OUT OF STOCK! Now I guess the Palakkad store is much better compared to the availability of products.
