Visited first cry Tiruvalla outlet last week for new Born essentials. They have a good collection of items. But the only bad thing is they are charging almost 2000+ extra comparing to first cry online shopping without applying any offers/ coupons. We felt like going to shop and spending half day in the shop is just waste of time and money if you have online delivery in your location. And there are more items/options available online and they guarantee same day or a min 2 days delivery. I remember the manager was intentionally stating that the online final pricing will change in the checkout page after adding tax. But honestly I cant see a huge price difference in Menu & checkout page. So, think before going to shop. Store Pricing is way too highh!!!

Good store for your newborn, infant or toddler you can find some pretty good products for your loved ones. They do have some good international and national brands and range of products. You can get almost any kind of dress. Baby gear such as prams, strollers, walkers, colt, baby or child car seats with Isofix straps & pointer, high chair & booster seats. ( available upon on orders). Nursery supplies such as cradles, quilt, baby bed sets, pillows, shower/bath & skin products and footwear's, baby and kids furniture etc. On the whole it's a beautiful place for your little ones.

In the heart of the city with max 3 car parking space. Following covid restrictions with utmost care. Good staffs and quality products. Exchange is temporarily cancelled due to covid protocol.

Not at all focused on customer.Behaviour of the manager was not at all acceptable. He is not fit for the role.

Staff behavior is very polite. Only 3 car parking space available at a time. Good quality first cry products and other brands available. Toy collection is less. You can order directly from first cry site and collect the same from shop. All kind of baby products available for different age groups.

Quality toys collections at affordable rate... variety of toys and other child accesories. .............. ....... Liked a lot ..... Got amazing products for my baby Luke. He loved the toys. Toys are not easily breaking also . ... Cute baby dresses. Bought many dresses for my cutie. Their online store is also good. Delivery is faster compared to others. ........ ........ .......... Cute shoes bought for my baby luke and my nephew Jairus is still in good condition . Recommended to others. ....

Poorly trained staff. Unsafe to visit with children and family. Manager is worse than the staff. You will get much better service at the local fish market. A shame that Firstcry is allowing them to use their brand. Visited 3 times, had very very poor experience each time. Will never visit again, will report to the head office of Firstcry and also will never allow any of my friends or family to visit here.
