Shop which matches all your baby needs except a few but it has a great collection. The staff is really helpful and friendly and they also help in finding out which product you actually want and are looking for . Rating it 4/5 because there weren't much variety in kids toys except that all products are good and at a reasonable price.
The shop is good..but communication with customers is not good.They not showing interest only..if you want you select it otherwise don't .lots of collections is there,but they don't know how to interact customers.
I am extremely disappointed with the abysmal level of customer care service I received. Despite ordering 2 quantities of the Novel baby wipes (Combo 4Pcs each), I was delivered only 1 set. Shockingly, they still charged me for both sets. When I tried to address this issue through their website, a customer care executive called and promptly dismissed my concern, claiming that the pending quantity would be delivered within 24 hours. However, it has now been 4 days, and I have not heard anything from their side. Furthermore, attempting to contact them has proven to be an arduous task. It is infuriating that they prefer to have customers interact with an impersonal robot rather than a human being when facing any queries or discrepancies. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.
