This store of First Cry is located inside the City Centre 2, Newtown. Its a very small store with some basic collections. You will find dresses and shoes and some toys in this store. Compared to the Little Shop located here, this store is small with much lesser stock. But for buying basic items for children and toddlers, you can get and buy them here.

Very Bad Service.. The staff saying that discount price from this store is same as online. I trust them and bought from them but next day I checked that there is an increase in the price of 20-30 percent compared to online. I have called them and they were saying that price in first-cry is changing every second. I will never bought anything from first-cry specially this store. They are fraud people do no trust their words.

UNPROFESSIONAL HORRIBLE RUDE New town action area 1 city centre 2 When I visited, there were 3 staffs. Non of the staffs were active in showing there products. At times I felt like its better to order online than visiting this store in person. No varieties of products at all. Upon asking few questions on products/billing, Cashier was behaving as if I am wasting his time.. Disgusting.

Shopkeepers are clueless about the brands and products. Such messy store, not organized at all. My storage room is better than this store. Baby items have dust on it and oitdated products. No customer support at all.

I ordered a frock for girl aged one year and the size of the frock delivered was for q8 to 24 months

It's a good place to buy everything for a newborn baby but I feel the staff needs to be a bit more trained about the products and should have knowledge of product that is there in stock before saying no. Else they have almost everything you just need to find them out.

Whenever there is an offline store of a brand with a prominent Online presence, there is always a comparison between prices of the products that are there in the store. Unfortunately, this offline store loses in this case. The items are priced not in consonance with the ones mentioned in their online catalog. There is something not so inviting about the store as well. The products are not replenished and winter offers like 1 on 1, 2 on 1 and 1 on 2, run mayhem. They run out of stocks sooner than later. The staff is okayish and the new store manager is a good guy. Staff can be well groomed and there is always a room for improvement.
