Located in the 2nd floor of Lulu.. a trusted brand for the babies wardrobe , toys and all necessary stuffs.. varieties of toys to choose from.. however the dress collection is limited . Friendly staffs and very nice service ..this shop is opened recently within 6 months time.. clean and well air conditioned atmosphere. Not usually crowded. Can expect rush at the evening of weekends. Must try shop for those having babies at their homes.

A good place to buy bottles dresses and other items like toys. Doesn't have a very large collection but whatever there is it is good.

Bad quality product. Bought 2 shoes for my niece. One in ok condition, the other one had a flower which came out the very first day itself. We stitched it back but the next time I got to see the leather kind of material coming off.she is 11 months and didnt even started walking. I'm attaching the photos of the shoes worn just twice. I think it was old stock which was there from the lockdown time. Paid around 900 for two. Really disappointed.

I got a bad experience, because the store in Lulu mall doesn't feel like a professional store.2 days before me & my wife just go there for a big purchase in plan. But the store is like a warehouse with congested full with cartoons. Staffs are nice but not energetic. Feels bad & we just make a cosmetic purchase and left. Hope will get better.

Customer service could have been improved. The shop located at second floor inside lulu mall. Products are costly and we have been there to buy baby carry bag and only one model was available and it was very costly.

Better to buy products from First Cry Website itself. We will get more discount and better options. Not recommend to buy from this Store.

first time when I went a lady attended and she was very helpful... I had to exchange a product, and the second time we went, staff was very disinterested, to the least... Showing no interest in explaining the products. As customers we expect the staff to give details and more comparisons with brands. This guy had a very cold response! Answers to the questions only.... In fact, my money was deposited with them already (since they issued a credit note for exchange) and I feel that I should have been attended more courteously... because I am a certain customer unlike who turns up to visit only which may or may not get converted to business... I would see this as lack of knowledge of the products available as well as lack of interest in explaining to us! I find that products are much more costly too than those available online.... < 50% chance for me to visit this store again! ... and no chance to recommend to my friends!!!
