Today I went to the store and i had fantastic experience shopping at FastCry Store. The quality of the products I purchased from FastCry Store exceeded my expectations. Lots of collection baby dresses, playing items, and many more. Service is amazing. Let me share my experience with them in brief. I needed breast pump immediately for medical reason and i didn't have anyone with me at home who could go to store and purchase it. I called the store and enquired if they can deliver at my doorstep. Staff said their delivery agent is out for delivery for other orders. So, it will take sometime. Then i spoke to store manager and explained my situation then he understood my problem and he himself came to deliver the product and within half an hour I received it. This small gesture of humanity was so helpful in my need that i can't thank him and the entire team for their extraordinary service. Thank you once again :-)

Great place to buy things for babies, especially the behavior of staff is excellent. In my case they have always tried their best to give me what I was looking for with a smile.(No matter how fussy and choosy I was) And the best part is prices are always same with the App. Good job team Firstcry Zoo-road. First cry (zoo road )is always my first option for my kids. I like their collection n seevice very much. Especially Mausomi & Aniban they help me out so much. The thing which i like the most is their door delivery service. I love it.
