Excellent shop collection.but am not satisfied with the staff.let 1 person should attend the customer if not that feels customers unconvinient to buy things if 3 to 4 staffs covers and asking this one this means feels insecured to me..

Small baby shops were 100 times better than this, very expensive and everything is out of stock. Worst store..

Very bad experience at the cash counter The shop excecutives were supportive but the lady at the cash counter was very disrespectful she dint even let me have an extra wrapping paper, And was not polite . Need to improve customer service at this store.

Staffs are humble to understand the needs and requirements of the customer and help in assisting it. over all godd service.

Very worst service and the staffs are very rude . Instead of first cry go to some Local shops u will get good products. They show all items in the demo, but when billed and after coming to home there will be missing of products inside the box. Again if we ask they don't accept it and speak rudely with the customers. And they don't care for anybody in their talks..... very very worst. I will never go to first cry in my life and I suggest u also not to go.....

Dear all Future purchasers, Go to this first cry (Nelamangala Branch)but don't listen for any offers what they say...i have got bad experience with them... One of the executive has insisted me to buy the Club membership voucher and said u will get so many offers in that and one of the good offer is Birthday voucher Rs 2000 and that can redeem in one shot,but later on birthday date i have gone to purchase ,at that time they said u can not avail 2000 in one shot , 100 rs every month 20 times u should avail they said.. After i said u only told this last month,,and they said some miscommunication happened by our executive so we can not refund ..... Is it the way Firstcry works .to give wrong assurance and i have mailed to customer care they are also responded for few days and later they have stopped.... I don't keep quite like this i need my money back or voucher of Rs 2000 ...i am thinking to go legal way...so anybody suggest me in this regards ...or else i will update once I get the solution.....
