I am very sorry to say, 1. Was given an appointment at 10 am for an ultrasound. I came here at 9.45 am. Now the time is 12 noon ,but upto now Dr. hasn't turned up. 2. At the reception counter the staff are very inefficient, they do not know how to talk politely. It is a very bad experience.
