Really good rooms with great service, ample facilities and at a very decent price. Only drawback being that it's located in a quite shady place. We tried multiple times to even track it using Google maps.
It's in south goa near madgaon railway station we asked the room for an hour and the host there agreed thanks to him we saved money and after using the room for an hour we stored the luggage in the locker and went for sight seeing! He charged just 600 rs for everything maybe because of the construction work that's going on

Unbelievable hospitality services received with a room price was so exceptionally good. Tanzeem bhai the owner is so cooperative and understandable person. He is so kind. One of the best thing which I like about this property is they make feel guest like home. Removing footwear outside as a part of cleanliness for praying Namaz. No unmarried couples are allowed which shows a good sign of lodge etiquette. Groups with Male friends, married couples, Bachelor single person will undoubtedly enjoyed a lot and will have a peaceful stay here. Keep it up Tanzeem bhai & ELANGO. Last but not least is ELANGO the name of a person. He is a caretaker of the property. Without him this property is incomplete. Elango is so Honest and so much pretty helpful. We enjoyed out stay like we are in our own home. Never felt that its a lodge property. One of the best place found in Fatorda, near Karisma Hotel at a distance of 2 km from Madgaon Municipality market circle.

Convenient for middle class travelers. Well designed room facilities for visitors. Anyone can effort this.also well furnished dometey bed with all facilities.
Close to the bus stand and nothing exceptional about the place. We booked this place since we had some time to wait for our bus back home.

The place is beautiful and truly created a lot of memories with my friends. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was really delicious and yummy. And the owners are super super sweet and welcoming. Loved it and had a great time.
Nice place with good food options. They have wide options for chat and snacks. We tried their fried aloo chat, it was so good and crunchy. We went there for the main course which they had less options. The tawa roti was so soft like home. The person
