One of the worst service in Patna. The shipment sent from Delhi has not been delivered and returned back to Delhi saying that the shipment doesn't have a phone number while the address given was so clear enough to find the place. First flight, such a big network of courier don't even have a system to complaint any irresponsibility!!!

First Flight Couriers are known to be one of the fastest and reliable couriers in India. However, the services of Rajabazar Patna outlet was just contrast to its reputation. Compelled to visit their PNA Rajabazar (Patna) Office, located in Ashokpuri Khajpura locality when the documents sent by NSDL received at their office on 02/04/2018, were not delivered even after three weeks; got surprised to see lot of documents lying unsorted and scattered heather-thither and the owner unconcerned for such a mess. After searching many bundles for over 30-40 minutes, the consignment could be located. On confrontation, the owner was not at all ashamed or apologetic for not delivering the consignments rather he was justifying delay and asserted that I was lucky as my consignment could be located. It is not understood why they have taken responsibility of delivering important documents like PAN Card etc, when they are not efficient and incapable for bulk handling

Its no more first flight now Blue Dart is there.

This office of First Flight is maligning the name of the reputed courier. They seldom deliver the consignments. Customers have to pick them from here. I have never received the consignments at home, every time I had to collect on the last 5-6 occasions.

Courier charges are very high here. Blue dart sucks. Dtdc is far better.

I have no clue whom to contact... My courier is in patna since 31st Oct according to tracking. But it's not delivered yet. Don't know what to do.. No numbers working

I don't know who to contact. They have the parcel in the same city as to deliver, but still it is 8 days now that they haven't deliver it. I am still waiting for my parcel. No number works. My parcel is in anisabad branch.
