The gym's success was due to its excellent trainers. Vicky Anna is always there for us when we need support or assistance. Continue to encourage and push us to do more. Nandha master is the key to the gym; he keeps everyone motivated by continually offering his ideas on positives and disadvantages. Trainers frequently solicit suggestions. They are extremely beneficial to our development, and it is a pleasure to groom with them. Apart from a fantastic physique, I learned self-discipline and self-control there.

It's great to have separate lady trainer and separate space for workouts . Not facing any hesitation in going gym daily and trainers are guiding continuously. Very happy to be the part of this gym.

Really happy that I have landed up here. It's a great place to transform your body and mind. Initially as a girl I hesitated a bit, as it's a unisex gym. But Vicky(Coach) gave the comfort in the first visit itself. And more importantly there is a separate room for women to do floor exercises and a female trainer as well to guide, so ppl can join without any hesitation.

Here, I have wonderful experience. FFZ trainer ( Vicky Brw) is a man who is very humble and also have experience to train the clients. Good service with friendly trainer and very comfortable for every beginners. If you want to try FFZ gym, you have not been disappointed at any situation. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment.

Gym is very super. And also master also very friendly and support and give the super training. And gym space is very nice and comfortable. Special thing this gym is lake view. If you see lake view in mrg time. Mind is relax and get freshness. Finally thanks u masters for you support and encouragement .

Great gym with safe & friendly environment for women to workout, I have lost almost 4 kgs in 1month with proper training & good healthy diet, thanks to the amazing trainers Nandha master and Vicky , who guided me throughout. Here we have separate room for women to workout and female trainer as well , so girls don't hesitate to join if you really wanna stay fit and healthy.
