It was a cozy saloon my gf got global hair color ... and they turned on the heater as it's Manali ... and even gave a lemon tea to ensure she's warm throughout.. the color turned out to be really pretty as u can see ... Mr. Ankit thank you so much for the new hair experience... over all a good saloon

Terrible experience. Highly disappointed with the unprofessional approach of the staff. (1) They claim to use Schwarzkopf brand but in reality they use all sub standard products. That is highly unethical practice. (2) Extremely awful hygiene standards. They have no clue what basic hygiene is all about. On name of cleaning they will just keep brooming the floor to remove hair and the person will neither wear a glove while cleaning nor wash hands and directly start touching the client . They don't even wash or sanitize the hair wash unit after every use. Hair residues in the drainage were blocked in the hair wash station and I had to ask them to clean it first. Cob webs all around the parlour and dead insect accumulated in the light lamps. Drawers are filthy and dirty. Hair combs and brushes have stuck hair of previous clients and they don't even sanitize or clean the work stations after every client use. They don't even use a disposable spatula for waxing. Same used spatula kept dipping in the already dirty and filthy wax pot which had residues of the wax drops on the outer rim. (3) They always mess up with appointments. After booking a haircut / Colour / hair Spa in advance with a particular stylist. He had to be released to offer services to others.. they can't handle the reception or appointment appropriately. (4) For Hair colour i was specific to use a particular shade ... Not only the other stylist changed the shade but did not even use the same product quality. It took me one year to grow my hair for an upcoming event and they have messed it up with their negligence. (5) They just applied the cream and wrapped the hair with polythene while performing the Hair Spa ... I fail to understand that how will a hair mask get activated without emulsification technique.. goes on to saying that they are not even properly trained in the services. And their charges are high.. (6) This was my second visit to this place and on my last visit also I had requested the owner to call me so I can share the feedback personally to avoid other guest knowing about it. But they had no courtesy to even call and check. Hence after this experience thought to pen down the feedback with complete honesty. Please Note: Any feedback provided is for the betterment and to enhance your work place and services. Readers who use the services and have exposure to class will surely read and understand who is genuine and who hasa malafide intentions .. a customer who pays an amount and gets the hair spoilt or a negligent owner who receives a complaint online and now tries to cover up with lame excuses. Choices are very clear. All the Best .

Its realy good salon. Prices just little more than local hair cutting salon, but quality not comparible! Master can wash your head, they ghentle cut, do style according your wishes. And most important - master trained as a hairdresser (i can understand it with hand moves), which is very rear in India. Im foregner, i know, what is the quality. Strongly reccomend this salon and personally master Ankit!

The salon provided exceptional service. The staff was friendly, skilled, and attentive. The ambiance was relaxing, and I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Highly recommended for a delightful salon experience.

Very Rude staff. No manners to talk to a prospect client. I called for taking an appointment but they rudely hung up. Poor quality of service. Highly Disappointed

Perhaps the best salon in Manali town. Nearly matches the standards of some of the typical fanciest salons in major cities. My go-to place to get my hair done in Manali.

This is a well maintained Unisex Parlour. I went there twice with my wife for her hair coloring and then haircut. Turns out they had bookshelf at their waiting room which made my wait comfortable. Manali is a small developing town and their service at this point was well maintained. P.S - I think most of the time they are always booked. So you better call them for appointment. (My first time ever experience of Booking in Advance for stuffs you are going to pay)
