I recently had an unfortunate encounter at feroz hospital that I feel compelled to share. My experience with the staff left me deeply disappointed. The staff members I encountered displayed a concerning lack of knowledge and professionalism. One instance that particularly stands out is when I needed a simple band-aid for a wound. Shockingly, the staff seemed ill-prepared to handle even this basic task, which is something I would expect any healthcare professional to manage competently. Furthermore, the overall behavior of the staff left much to be desired. Their approach was far from courteous, and their lack of empathy was evident. It's disheartening to witness such a disregard for patient care and respect. I believe that every patient deserves to receive care from knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional healthcare providers. My experience at Feroz hospital fell far short of these expectations. I sincerely hope that the hospital management takes steps to improve the quality of care and the behavior of their staff. In the future, I will be cautious about seeking medical assistance at this facility, and I encourage others to consider their options carefully.

Very bad experience visiting the hospital. The staff and the doctors over here are extremely rude and egoistic. I called and booked a appointment and got 44 number and after waiting for 2 hours they Didn't even gave a call. People known to the doctor were getting preference over other patients. It feels like fish market. No proper seating arrangement and ventilation, even the air conditioner were not working. A person can get sick just by waiting for your number.

Some employees are very arrogant and the night staff does not receive the call in the morning and if asked to miss the call then the staff does not receive it.but All Doctors excellent and very honest and outstanding treatment all patients and last and last some employees.............etc.........

Dr. Adnan Firoz is one of the most prominent orthopaedic doctor in town. His diagnosis and patient friendly behaviour is top notch. I recently had toenail extraction there and it was so smooth.

Best hospital in Aligarh with well qualified doctors and most importantly there is no mugging by doctors. Nursing staff is also very copetative and well behaved.

Pathetic service. You need to take an appointment before hand, and no one picks up the call. The idea is to go to hospital and make an appointment and then again visit the hospital at the time of appointment. And the cherry on the cake is, the doctor is very unprofessional. You need to be present at the appointed time, but the doctor can be hours late. In the digital age, they don't have any provision of online payment. Rates are very private. Services are not. Seems like you pay alot and get pathetic service. Better go to a government hospital.

Dr iqbal is one of the worst surgen i have visited for the first time. And without listening or telling me issue in details he said mai operation krunga but when i visited medical they said no requirement of surgery i had no issues which requires surgery so basically he is doing 2 no ka kam taking money from Amu. Sitting in private hospital under his sister's name and the funniest part there were no mention of Dr name on prescription please someone go and file complain

Initially i have only heard about firoz hospital but since couple of days i have personally experianced their unbeatable services while my mom calf bone surgery done by Dr Adnan firoz. 1-As for as doctor is concerned- Dr Adnan is very professional in his specialization.he has done my mom surgery in an appropriate manner which is really appreciable.will surely recommand him with my near/dear and known. 2- As for as staff is concerned- trust me Dr adnan supporting staff is really experianced and treat u in a very humble way which feels like home and have yes with smile attitude. 3-as for as hygine is concerned- property is very clean and rooms are hygine and dedicated team clean in every 2 hours which is a sound practice. Last but not least again i am very thankfull to Dr Adnan firoz whose efforts is resultant and make my whole family smile. Coz WE WERE IN SAFE HAND . THANKS FROM NAJAM KHAN
