Firing range Hill - Mountain peak in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

I love this place because I find peace... You can get on its peak and nobody will distribute you at all... You'll not get any urge to get back to your life... It's there... Believe me it's really there... I m not writing a sucidel note... So chill it really brings life in your mine if you are a thinker then it's the best place for you to get your mind open with many ideas for anything you want to achieve in your life... I am a reviewer and I get ideas that how to explain the place or the thing with creativity... I spend my most of the time @ here @the peak... Where I find peace and the Feel of I am alive and I can do whatever I want... And I won't give up... Whatever it takes... I'll be something.. not for just proving my point... But for my satisfaction....

Best place for hiking in the city. A place for adventure lovers. But take the help of localites before hiking top point as it's very dangerous specially during rain. An easier way to the top is from behind. Ty

I've always loved to go there. I think this peak is the highest among all the hill around the city. The view is really incredible from the top, but anyone who is not so familiar with hiking, I would not suggest to go because it's a bit risky to go up and come down. After all it's an incredible place for those who love height and hiking.

Treatment like a family members with patient

I was here recently (May 2018). Come back to this place after a long time reminded me of my school day, I used to come here in the evening to get some fresh air, sit and watch sun set. Getting here is a bit tough as the climb is very steep (if you are thinking of the peak). Getting to the hill base can be tough if you, don't know the way. One of the easies and probably the most safest way to get there is from the Lalu Khatal road(adjacent to Malabar Enclave) from there look for DAV school gate no 4 (or rather ask some one) and there of way past that keep going forward till you see a right turn, take the turn and keep going straight till you get to the mountain peak. Kudos.
