Dine in with friends.. service was a bit annoying ..rest all the atmosphere was good food was really nice tried few delicious dishes ie chicken alfaham grilled, fish finger, Sharwama special mexican, chicken soup, chicken fried rice , butter naan with firdouse special gravy.

One of the good restaurants to eat. The taste and satisfaction is worth the cost and it's budget friendly. The only thing concerning is the waiting time. It takes lot of time to prepare the food and if you're in hurry you would starve. And on weekends it would be mostly full so best to get a seat before hand. Quality and quantity wise it's worth

This was my second visit to Firdouse and yes I can say it is pretty good, specially the Chicken Barbecue, it is so juicy and spicy that I loved it. Second we ate was Grilled Chicken, which is I would say was fine. Also, I like the Khubz (khubus) served with chicken, it tastes good that you will be able to eat it separately. So overall my experience was 9/10 and would recommend to have Chicken Barbecue once at least.

Ordered mutton Biryani.. served chicken briyani with 3 mutton pieces... Not even hot.. it is chill. Wasted 230 rs.

Very worst experience, Highly disappointed. This hotel has very good name and reputation, we were seeing this hotel from our childhood. But this was a bad experience. Food tastes not good, almost all food had some sweetness is taste even soup and kabab. Very less masala in rice items. We didn't even get the food we ordered,finally we have to cancel some of the items we ordered. For delivery of Food they took very long time. No desert items available, no Nan items available. We have to adjust with whatever available. Overall very disappointed will not recommend to anyone

First of all,we lost the appetite to eat because of the time they took to serve after taking the order. The longer waiting period is ok if the restaurant was crowded, but at the time when the restaurant was filled with only 25% people. The waiting time for each dish was as follows: Soup: 10 minutes Grill Chicken: 20 minutes Fried rice: 35 minutes Shawarma: 15 minutes The taste was also very average, not upto the Mark. Also, not worth the time they took or the price they charged.

Me My family visited and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service..The menus options are an excellent value. The dining experience overall is very pleasant.. food was awesome .. Such a warm and welcoming environment!

The food was very affordable and delicious. Except for the mutton biryani everything was good. They're providing a variety of chicken curries that you can try. I felt like the Malabar chicken tasted good and butter naans were also soft and tasted delicious.
