My daughters go to Gymnastics classes here. Sasikumar sir teaches very well and is very kind to the kids.He is very responsive and takes special interest on the kids. He is good at identifying the skills of the kids and tailoring the practice for them. After evaluating lot of gymnastics coaching classes, I feel very safe to train my kids in this location. The facilities at Fionis Crossfit is amazing. They have lot of equipments, highly qualified trainers, friendly management. Though I dont do the Crossfit fitness there, I watch the trainers and trainees practicing regularly. They inspire us to be fit and fab. Special mention to Anu, Saravanan, Vasanthi, Kumudha, Ajith and the watchman anna for their fabulous work.

Best Place to have fun and workout. This is my first crossfit training and I say the experience so far has been going good. The place looks fabulous, exciting . The trainers are certified and well trained, they know what they are teaching us. They're very helpful in guiding your form, posture, provide you warmup, post workout strteches and will help in relive you off your muscle or joint pain if any due to workout. The workouts are very challenging and at the same time fun as well.

I started my exercising routine with lot of fear as I was hitting 50 & my BMI was not in good numbers , my 8 months journey with them had made me more fitter , I enjoy dedicating my exercise routine happily , Tks to Anu & Senthil master for guiding me & taking care

The best crossfit gym in all of Chennai. The level of attention and care the trainers show on us is fantastic. They make sure you really get the best out of the training sessions. Customized training sessions everyday that ensure you work out each part of your body. The best part about the gym is that each member gets individual attention.

It is simply awesome. The workout of the day and the way we get trained out there is simply amazing. The focus has been from strength to endurance. It is a fun space and Anu does not leave any stone unturned.
