Really nice collection of lab grown diamonds - rings, earrings and necklaces. Can get anything customised. The staff was very helpful in suggesting the right designs and customisations as well.

Real scam unwinds when you go to them for exchange or cash back. This review is for both online and offline buyers as I've bought from their store (Bangalore) as well as online. Their website promises 100% exchange rates but when you talk to them for exchange, you understand it is applicable only for gold not for stones. They say 80% of prevailing prices on stones (Moissanite or LGD) but what they offer is way below than 80% of cost price you bought the stones for, even after 4-5 years (when prevailing prices have skyrocketed as per their own website). Essentially, it means, you bought a stone for 40K in 2017 and when prevailing prices is 80K after 2 years but they will offer only 80% of 40K or even less than that( I don't understand their valuations as it's a scam). Even the quality of diamonds when I compare the natural diamond brought from other stores v/s their LGD the difference is clearly visible, it looks as though it is an American diamond or Cubic Zirconia but not a real diamond! If you are planning to buy here, just be sure that you are at loss irrespective of whatever the fancy offer's they may lure you into. Best way is not to get into their web of lies and in case you are already in, best thing to do is to get out of it as quickly as possible with whatever cash back they offer( because they won't exchange stones for 22K gold!!) , else you are stuck with them at loss forever!!

In order to understand more about reliability of Fiona Diamonds I have contacted directly through phone. I am happy to get a dedicated employee who understands her role and responsibility and has always care about the client comfort and convenience. She demonstrates her knowledge of her job professionally as well as technically. Consequently I got the confidence to go ahead with my purchase. I received the pair of studs in excellent quality, finish, settings as promised and very fast delivery. I am very happy and I love it. Absolutely lovely jewellery they have. The jewellery I bought is stunning and worth the money The service is just fab here. Shashi mam and the other mam at billing counter is Super supportive and friendly. They helped me to choose right carat and design. There was some issue in the fitting, without hesitation, they replaced it without charging me a single extra money. I highly recommend this store.
