I don't like this hotel. There is no quality for room. This is not 3 star. 0 star. There is no facilities like 3 star. It is sirvice like average residency. Very bad. Very bad. Please remove the star of this hotel.

Dont book this hotel, very poor service

Highly recommended for all kinds of functions. Friendly and supportive staff. Very delicious food especially the lunch and the whole hotel is very clean. The food, staff and service were all excellent.

We have being here for Lunch to this hotel on our way to Vagamon. I must say that the food was really nice and delicious. All the staff was really nice and friendly, especially Mr. Anoop. The hotel also was very neat and clean and they have a huge parkng , that a 50 seater Scania luxury coach was parked.

We had multiple visits at their restaurant in past and overall the feedback was "not bad". But today we five members of my family had dinner there and the food was far below average. Despite of their delay in serving, we are totally unhappy with the quality and taste of the food served. While paying near about 2000 rupees for 5 people' s dinner we are expecting a little much more quality food sirs!

very decent hotel between pala and thodupuzha road. 3 star rating service and room Amenities. Good service restaurant/bar availability.Good and spacious room. neat and clean floor lift and surrounding.

The lobbies are designed for central AC but the AC was not switched on. The rooms and services were good and the staff was very supportive in helping us with our requirements. Thank you.
