Fill Belly is one place i have always wanted to try since the time i started food blogging in 2014-2015 but somehow or the other i kept missing the chance and one main reason for this was the locality i live which is the other end of the city from where they operate.. But finally happened to try them over the weekend.. Ordered a single Mutton Biryani which comes with Raita, Brinjal Chutney and a sweet.. Neatly packed in foil covers and packed in a carton.. Delivered by Zapster.. Opening the cover the first thing that hit was the aroma.. Just beautiful.. Loaded with spices and masala this was a really good biryani.. They claim to make Marriage style biryani and IMO they did nail it.. Am salivating as am writing about it.. Did come with 3 small pieces of mutton which though cooked well were more bones than meat.. The Raita was quite average like any other raita you find in chennai but the brinjal chutney was top notch.. Most places do miss this but here too good.. The Bread Halwa however was the star of the meal.. The taste was just something i cant explain you guys need to experience it.. Was really thick in consistency and perfectly sweetened.. A Couple of nuts and it would have been the best.. And a bit more quantity would have been great.. A biryani totally worth it.. Be it the taste or the quality.. Quantity wise was average but the mutton pieces could have been better.. Worth a try..

Hello..just realized I missed to give you the feedback on the briyani . The taste was nothing short of Amazing. It was so perfectly cooked with the perfect blend of spice and taste was awesome. The mutton was in abundance and we all loved it. All the guests enjoyed it a lot. Thank you soo much, continue to do the great work. Can't wait to order again

Had ordered the following from Fill Belly: 1) Chicken Biriyani 1/2 kg : Rs 750 2) Pepper Chicken 1/2 kg : Rs 350 3) Bread Halwa quarter : Rs 300 Delivery charges was Rs 150. Positives: a) Delivery - Had asked that it be delivered by 12:30pm. Got the order delivered promptly by 12:35pm. b) Packaging - The packaging was excellent. All packed in aluminium foils and delivered in a carton. c) Taste The biriyani was superb! Classic Muslim style using basmati rice. A good number of chicken pieces and excellent portion size. Sufficient for 4 people with good appetite. Definitely more than worth the price. The bread halwa was phenomenal! Melted in the mouth. Improvement opportunities: a) The pepper chicken was too oily. Could have been made with half the oil used. Don't think taste would have been compromised by cutting down the oil. The taste was good, but not excellent, so did not justify the excessive oil content. b) Delivery charges were a tad high. Perhaps Rs 100 would have been more reasonable. Overall verdict: Excellent taste, prompt delivery, good packaging, value for money. Thank you, Fill Belly! Sathya.

I first ordered from Fill Belly on June-28-2015 and the veg biriyani was delivered the next day. What struck me first was the quantity, aroma and the packaging. Most people don't consider veg biriyani to be biriyani, but this one was finger licking good and appreciated by everyone at home + the neighbours! Over these past years I've been ordering their other varieties for my work colleagues and they loved every bit of it. What impresses me is the awesome taste and aroma hasn't changed in all these years. Keep up the awesome work Murad!!

Just consistently lip smacking biriyani with sufficient quantity. Have ordered at least 10 times and have referred to a few close friends as well. Must try mutton biriyani, bread halwa, pepper chicken gravy. Have always had it delivered on time. Really good team.

Ordered 1kg mutton Biriyani and 2 portions of bread halwa for a family lunch. Was initially skeptical because it was my first time ordering. But so glad I did. The aroma wafting from the Biriyani was amazing and the flavour did justice (was even better when I had it for dinner). The bread halwa was to die for. Definitely recommending and ordering again.
