I was going 3 yrs in figure in gym.. unfortunately i hd shifted from dahisar..i used to go in ledies timing..i hd very good experience.Very familiar atmosphere..good machine r there in gym..trainers r all good and supportive. Full of best Vibes..not to much showsha like other big gym but u wil get all necessary things in reasonable package... Fingure in Gym organizes small garba function in nauratri..we all ledies used to join and enjoy that function.. hope abhi bhi voh garba function hota hoga gym main..beautiful experience with beautiful memories if any1 ask me which gym u will suggest me to join then i will definitely suggest Fingure in gym.. best gym in dahisar area

I am happy with my trainerSangeeta.She is cooperative and calm. I loose my weight without any diet. Specially stomach abbs is very effective. Really happy with her training.

Okay so me being a fitness professional, went to this gym today and I was told that we do not allow professionals to work out in the gym. I felt like I have made a mistake by building a good physique. Previously I was told that I am not allowed to even talk to other members. You cannot even have a workout partner in this gym. They won't let you workout in couple. The most important thing is that the management has informed the trainers that they will not give any support or guidance to members who do not opt for personal training. This clearly means that they need your money first, if not then they won't even care if there is an injury. You don't get any support from trainers while lifting weights and if you ask someone else they say it's not allowed, which means they isolate you completely and you are on your own in that gym. They make their own rules and proudly say that "we will run the gym and make rules they way we want". I would suggest members in this area not to waste your hard earned money here as it is not worth. This review is based on my personal experience and i hold no grudge against the management. Honest customer. There will be a video tomorrow on instagram about a detailed review. Stay tuned.

I am in this gym since 2 years.The AC are also not working properly. Dumbbells are not proper in heavy weights. And not a single equipment is changed or added and just the membership fees are increasing.

Figure in Health Care has changed my perspective about the way I perceived the 'Idea of a gym'. Body and muscle building is all that I was relating a gym with. Its been exactly a year that I have been a member at Figure In. The benefits are countless. From being a more active person to losing that extra fat to adapting a disciplined eating regime has been the transformation. All this and a friendly ambience with well knowledgeable trainers brings in lot of grit and energy to carry out the workouts. The place is centrally located with a high access to public transport. A must chosen zone to have fun as you groom yourself to a healthy living.

Happy with my trainer Sangeeta.She has very patience to teach me & encourage me.She has smile on her face always which is necessary for trainer or teacher while teaching their student.
