Very poor condition No tv connection No wifi No hot water no water in night after 7 pm No bedsheet change No pillow cover change Dirty room Bad smell in room Very pathetic Condition of chair and table is as dirty as used in public toilets Not recommended even for my enemy also Owner is from Delhi and in goa if anyone cheated you he must be a non goa men i managed by stay by paying extra to hotel staff then he make my room for survival Owner is very much cheap minded not providing any facilities for customer, he is just waiting for customer who paid online in advance

Booked through online. They accepted but allotted this dirty one. Because they charge extra money for good looking rooms for tourists who ask them offline rooms. A.C : NO WiFi: NO TV: NO Power Back up: NO However they mentioned all of above while booking. The reality was very faraway. Note: Requested for room change and they suggested to switch non-ac. of course the allotted room also Non-AC. I don't know why these people calling this so-called room as AC

As a traveller I won't recommend this place to anyone Cheap but not good to stay at Torn and dirty bedsheets no responce from management when told to clean Unhygienic place better to stay at other rooms or dorm other than this not expected this from a godly place like goa

This hotel is just for men who comes to booze, vomit and make the place messy. The staffs just sweep the room floor after one checks out and nothing els. Not at all recommend for family. Extremely unclean, such a horrible pillows and pillow covers, bedspread with blood stains, not cleaned closet, no place to hang cloths in the toilet, we have changed 3 rooms and 2 rooms were unbelievably unclean, finally they provided a room at second floor which was average and we spent 2 nights as we paid upfront. Not recommend for family and this place is full of drunkards so not recommended for kids and women. No good restaurant nearby Ideal for men who travel just to booze and dont bother about rest Only plus is beach in a minute walking distance

I can say that this is the worst place of stay that I have been to in my entire life. If you're travelling with family, then don't even consider this place. Well maybe not even if you're alone or with friends either. Just no. I have traveled quite a bit, and nothing beats this place to the spot of the worst place of stay. Please don't go by what pictures you see in any of the booking websites. The good looking rooms shown on websites, are only of 2 rooms. The entire building has really bad rooms other than those 2. Yes, it's near the beach(Calangute beach), maybe just about 50 meters or so, which is the only good thing about this place. But other than that, there's just negatives. The rooms: If you book a family room, say for 5 or 6, it's a big room, with AC, whose temperature is fixed at 16 degrees, and no one can control it, not even the owner. You either sit in the room at 16 degrees or turn it off. And here's another catch, the room wouldn't have been cleaned for maybe 6 months. Very dirty. There's a king size bed. With a very dirty bed sheet, you can expect what all stains could've been on it(yep, guess what KIND of stains!!!!). When we demanded them to change, guess where they brought the replacement bed sheet from? From the laundry. Yes, and when asked about this, the owner said that laundry is done once in 14 days!! The rooms don't even have mirrors. And the water supply stops every now and then, supposedly the tank gets empty, and if your unlucky, and there's no power, then forget water. And if you do get water, there is NO HOT WATER FACILITY!!! Ever heard of a family room before like this? Definitely one of a kind. If someone is sick, or there's some kid with you or someone elderly, you might as well bury them alive in a grave and they'd still be happier there. Whatever is asked, the owner's(or whoever the guy in charge there was) reply was the same. Our customers are mostly groups of bachelors or friends, hence these rooms are enough. And coming to the parking space, when parked bumper to bumper, it has space for 5 cars, plus one in an oddly crossed position right by the gate. Please consider the fact about the basic needs of a room before choosing this place. It is definitely not a place for a family, if not for anyone with some needs of some basic comfort. Just avoid it people. Even if it's my enemies reading this. Please avoid this place.

The resort is osam and the rooms was very clean&shain

Worst service. Extremely pathetic. Highly unproffessional staff. No cleaning done in three days. No power backup, light goes off for a long time in day and night, and we had to stay in dark, without fan in this summer season. Water supply in the bathroom is the biggest issue, we faced this issue daily. Everyday, water tank gets empty in the day time and we had to wait hours to take shower. Bathroom door was not even having door-latch. We had to hold the door from inside while using the bathroom. Pathetic experience. Anyone seeing this review, DO NOT GO FOR THIS HOTEL. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even bachelors.

Top hotel in GOA, hotel nearby beach, very nice and clean room with air conditioning, TV, own bathroom. I will recommend this hotel to every foreigner.
