Stayed here for 1 night. Let me share pros and cons. Pros - Breakfast Spread is good. Dinner was good as well. Property has amenities. Cons - Rooms(Ground Floor) had a constant smell. Bathrooms looked old and doors had mold marks on it. It took multiple calls and visit to reception for them to acknowledge Water Heating issues after which they changed the room. But hot water issue was faced by few other rooms as well. Swimming pool cleanliness is below average. Some service staff either does not understand English or is plainly not service oriented. Absolutely not value for money.
We went there for team outing. Its a great place to visit you have ample space to plan your activity. The pool is nice and the grounds are well maintained. The food quality is really good. Definitely a go to destination for one day team outing at least. The staff is also very courteous.
Rooms were quite good, not at all happy with the services. Coffee they served was really very bad,snacks not up to the mark,not even dinner. Food gets over soon and we have to pay extra and wait almost 40 mins to get it. Location is very interior and it's hard to book public transport,Uber etc. Think twice before booking for any family events.
The living room was very clean and good but the bathroom needed to be improved a little bit, though it was clean but doesn't suit that classy room.(4.7/5) The ambience is really nice (4/5). It is the weekend gateway for many travellers who want a cool and calm environment. The swimming pool needed to be taken care of (3/5). The property is well maintained. The food was really nice (4.2/5). Usha and Suvendu were served to us, they are very humble and disciplined. Overall experience I can say 4/5.
Rooms are old, look retrofitted and washrooms are not that clean. Food was average. Location is good for quick get away from Bangalore city. Lawn and landscaping are well maintained.
A good and affordable place for a quick getaway from the city. The staff were friendly and the service prompt.The food is good and the rooms are cosy and comfortable. The resort is in general beautiful and well maintained. I would consider visiting again.
We visited fiesta resort recently .it's located in a very calm environment. A getaway from city hustle. I admire the cleanliness. It's very near to the airport. The restaurant Rucira located inside the resort serves amazing food. The price of the food is decent. The person Subendhu from restaurant was very polite . I would recommend the resort to everyone.
It was an amazing experience, the food is nice, and the staff is amazing!! Specially Usha, I wanted to mention her for the way she treated us throughout our stay. The way she brought the food for us with a smile on her face, it's amazing!! Thanks!!
