The best gym in town and the best coach in town. The gym is well equipped and spacious. Coach, Mr. Prakash is the best, who knows what he teaches and individually tailors everyone's workout to their needs, time and capacity. More than that he takes special care of the person as a whole, from their nutrition to sleep outside of the gym. Wonderful person. I highly recommend for people who wish to join the gym.

Very rare gym you find with required guiding and result oriented.. it's been couple of month I joined FFC.. day by day my muscles are improving and belly started evaporating thank you to my dear brother Prakash (A man with plan of action ) for well needed training.

I came to gym before 1 month and this is my result. Thank you master for this best coaching with normal diet with low cost food in my routine. And even no steroids no powder or anything and without side effects i lost my weight and I'm very active nowadays thank you master for your training
