Worst and pathetic service,all test are expensive like a private hospital but they provide service like a government hospital.They did not deserve even 1 star also when they take the payment they force the patient to give 5 star that's why they have good ratings.

Good Things:- All kind of pregnancy related test are being done under one roof/ Overall clean & hygiene is maintained/ All doctors accept their report Bad Things - Long long waiting time, even they asked all the patients to come at one time. Anyone need to wait at least 2-3 hours in queue Cost - Cost is pretty high even in some test Neotia charge lower than Fetomat

Waiting time is too much longer than usual ,no lift facility is available which is important for the expecting mothers specially those who are undergone IVF Pregnancies,in other aspects it is good

Have gone to Fetomat Centre for Anomaly Scan,Fetal echo and 2 more growth scans and Doppler. Disclaimer,I am a radiologist myself and have good idea about workings of a center of this calibre. Reason I have trusted them throughout my pregnancy is because the doctors Dr Goswami and Dr Basu are extremely meticulous,skilled and also both are extremely good doctors and human beings. But my complaint is specifically against the staff,and I want them to know that particularly 2 girls are creating nuisance in the name of "management". My 2 complaints: 1. Even though I had specifically booked through reception for Dr Basu and Dr Goswami,why was I scanned initially by another person who has not done my previous scans or whom I don't want to consult? Is this fair practice? When I asked for my regular consultant who I knew was in next room and was free to do the scan,these people threatened me that if I call her then Dr Goswami won't see me. Dr Goswami had been reviewing my case with personal interest and I believe these orders were never given by him. The receptionists and this fellow doctor seem to know more than doctors. 2. Dr Basu who has been my regular consultant for all previous scans and whom I booked that day came and took some nice images and ordered the assistants to take those prints and give me. The assistant didnt follow her orders and tried to make me seem foolish to ask for that print. Being a radiologist I do know the importance of the correct prints. Don't get me wrong,I am extremely patient and I never demand extra attention or fast service. I waited at Least 3 hours on each day I visited there(someday I waited for even 5hours). But they should at least do what we r going there for... Request the doctors to take action against these errant floor managers who have been doing politics on every visit and unnecessarily complicating a simple scenario which should be pleasant for all pregnant women.

Service is not upto the mark. Today I was there with my wife , some test was scheduled. Seating area is not comfortable, air conditioning was not switched on. We asked them to switch it on. But no one did. It was suffocating and it affected my wife's health. While pathologist tried to pull blood - first Time no she didn't get blood. After few min , again tried and that time after taking blood immediately my wife started vomiting. Because of suffocation. And the medical test costs 19K INR ,not sure how and why they deals with patient unprofessional way. When would be mothers are there , health care should be provided. Another point, no lift is available that is concern for pregnant women as well. Medical profession should not be like this unprofessional.
