It's not that clean place
One of the most famous ghat linking Guwahati City to the North Guwahati. Excellent ferry service provided with ferries and boats. However due to recent accident boat services has been dismissed and only ferry are operational. New Ferries are also provided by the government. There is a rush of people almost every time.
Great view of the mighty Brahmaputra... A good place to unwind but costly place as Assam tourism imposed tickets for the free view of the river
I went there with my friend just to travel and see how it feels.. And the experience was really good.. And the best time for someone who want to travel is at the evening time.. when Sun is about to set...
Ferry ghat to go to umanada temple,and other places. Price need to bargain. While traveling best to go top of boat to enjoy the river.
Ferry for Umananda Asram. This place is dangerous for general people. Need a vast improvement.
