This place offers hostel facility for dogs and cats. Those who have a pet, due to which cannot go on longer vacations can now relax as this place will help you to keep your pet in good care and safe hands. The owner is an animal lover. He takes very good care of the pets. He even helps with pick & drop for pets who need vaccination, but the owner being busy/working cannot make it. A reliable place to keep your pets.
I'm sorry this one (The visit timings are very limited like only 1 hour from 11AM to 12PM and stinky smell was coming right from the gate so hygiene and sanitation is an area to work a lot.) Actually, I prejudge the situation, I can now understand that when we have one pet; how much time we require to invest in taking care of it and Rohan is probably all alone taking care of so many fur babies. So, definitely I can now understand why visiting time is so short. I kept my Cookie with him and she was very much understood, taken care and adjusted by him. Still, I will stay strong on my second feedback about upgrading hygiene and sanitation. Thanks a lot Rohan for taking care of our Cookie in our absence so that we can concentrate on our work and give our 100%
Rohan is a unique pet care taker. He give valuable advise and always keeps us posted on tips. The hostel is clean and Rohan takes excellent care of my pet. we trust him blindly when it comes to leaving our pet Whiskey! Well he too loves going there
We kept our dog here for the first time and were quite relived and happy to see the way he was taken care of. Rohan really has good knowledge about pets and was happy to share his experience with us as well which was really useful. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone and we will also use his services in the future.
Couldn't get chance to drop my dog after we met due to some issue. But owner was a very good person. And I could see that there were many happy dogs staying there. Only improvement part which I can point out is - Bad Smell in Room. I understand the issues with puppies, but still little more cleanliness is needed with phenyl. Then smell issue could be resolved. Rest everything is very good.
Excellent service given by Rohan and team. Specially when it was most necessary. Rohan went out of his way for my pets treatment with the vet as well. Polo has come back home completely fit, lively, healthy and happy.
My cats are safe at this place. Rohan is a trustworthy person, and he loves animals and treats them like his own. We have been keeping our cats at this hostel. I completely recommend this hostel.
You can't expect anything more.......the best place for your dog in Pune.. My dog is very anxious and remains uncomfortable at any place or company other than ours but I was pleasently surprised to see her getting along with Rohan in no time.
