Heard about the quality of treatment provided at this hospital many a times. On a recent visit it is proved beyond doubt that the hospital is par excellence in deliveries and providing quality treatment to mothers and babies. Service rendered is of highest standards and providing great service to the public. A well organised hospital, efficient, concern and care towards patients, crowd control, security, dedicated doctors, nurses & staff, valued counselling sessions, ICU efficiency, cleanliness & hygiene. Such hospitals are an asset to the society and are to be recognised for their service. Kudos to the management and the whole staff and employees for running it so efficiently. Great work.

Currently in my final trimerster of my first pregnancy. I have realized that I have always left the doctor's chambers feeling scared and anxious in the last couple of months. Never once did I receive any kind of reassurances from the doctor, especially when I needed the most. I understand and respect that the doctors here might be skilled and experienced but seems like they are too busy focusing on the commercial side of running the hospital amd as a result forgetting the basics of human empathy, care, and concern. I am not against the fact that the hospital and doctors need to make money, they sure do, we need to earn our bread and butter but not at the cost of their patients' mental state. Just because some of us are well educated, it cannot be expected of us to know everything. If that were the case, then why would we want a specialist to treat us? It's time that along with the great crowns doctors at Fernandez hold, they need to remind themselves that a patient needs basic care, empathy, and reassurances so that they can care better for themselves and the baby as pregnancy is a time where the baby and mother cannot be put under any stress- physical or mental. Instead of making this whole process easy and positively memorable, I only feel scared, anxious, and helpless

Exceptional care from Dr. Fareeza mam and team. Grateful for her unwavering support . Her attentiveness, and 24x7 availability were invaluable during my pregnancy and labor. Despite prolonged labour,mam and their team tirelessly worked towards normal labour until last minute. Special thanks to team of Anaesthesiologists as well for their incredible epidural anesthesia at middle of the night when i was tired and about to give up. Grateful for all the staff and a positive experience overall.
