We stopped for lunch only. Location is beautiful, place was clean and well maintained and staff also polite. Food was tasty as well. Only con - food order took a lot of time...almost an hour. The prosperity noodles and ginger lime mocktail is a must try. Pizza can be skipped, not that great.
Very happy with the service, food and beverages offered. They are so friendly and the place is really good. Best place to relax and enjoy. DJ was good too.. Spent two days and I fell in love with this Fenicia lounge. Thanks to Anshuman and Nithin and the crew. They really know their customers well.
Please do not book hotel here. Very unprofessional staff. I spoke to Shubani Kerkar , she is very slow and doesn't provide update on time. Lots of follow up is required and no proper updates received. First they say they have room available then back out end moment. Service is also very poor. Not recommended at all.
This location is inside a village. The rooms are ok. The wifi is only accessible near the reception area. Wifi hardly works inside rooms. I stayed for 5 days. After complaining about the wifi not working in the room again & again it wasn't resolved. Also during my stay, they had some software issues for the door lock. It was only opening with the master key for all the rooms. Everytime I used to come back from outside, they used to give me the key card saying it will open but yet everytime I had to again go back to the reception desk to ask them to open the door with master key. It was also not resolved until I stayed there. Tip for the person who is planning to stay here: You will get complimentary breakfast here but in room dining is too expensive here & there is no restaurant near this hotel for upto 8-10km's. Hence be ready to pay huge bills for lunch & dinner or travel 8-10km to find a restaurant.
Was very beautiful when it was Mayfair the property needs attention and upgrade or will change hands soon food takes a lot of time pool is marvellous but the ugly scene of those houses can b covered with the creepers best of luck guys
Had a great stay with some great food but feel there has been a lack of attention to detail with so many minor faults not what we expected at a 5 star resort . Staff were very helpful and it's location is great. Please sort the basics out !!!
Swimming pool is closed from last 5 days they are not cleaning and not giving atleast some refund after so much complaints also..
