Room is good & neat. But Bathroom was outside and getting bus / share auto was tough to reach towards Sholinganallur.
Last month, we booked deluxe rooms for my friends' group of 10 people. A very good room service experience. The rooms are very neat and spacious. The washrooms are kept tidy and in good condition. Air conditioner and LED TV are provided. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The breakfast was good and tasty enough. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. For this wonderful service, I would like to give 5 stars and will recommend it to everyone
Rooms are ok but bedcovers are not clean and has blood stains . The reception guy ( north Indian ) doesn't bother what we are asking . bad experience in Chennai so far . As I was lived in Chennai for 10 years . And never expected these kind of hospitality .
Excellent one. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned and maintained fair. Opted for AC room and it was very nice. WiFi was of top speed. Worth for the cost for everything. Food was also very good. Only thing which bothered is the 10% Service Tax for whatever the cost of food we ordered. Families could stay. But sometimes it depends on who stays nearby at that time.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms, Wardrobes, AC, LED TV, Bathroom fittings, Elevators are too clean and in good condition. Attached kitchen is providing good taste of foods and beverages in decent price. Services are amazing. Especially Meenatchi and Karthi (receptionist) are walking extra mile to satisfy customer needs.
