Federal Bank - Bank in Mavelikara - Alappuzha, India

Its located on the side of Mavelikkara - Thiruvalla road near the Indus Motors..... They have ample car parking space and the main highlight is that they have now built a shed for customers to wait, since limited persons are only allowed inside the office at the current scenario...... They also appointed a covid warden for assinsting their customers.... The problem that I faced was the time lag for the issue of Debit Cards... I was informed that there's a shortage of chips, so there will be some more lag before I receive my new Debit Card

Not a good choice to start NRI Account with. Zero response, such bad customer service for a reputed bank. Not suggesting to anyone out there.

Address is changed, not in the same building. New location is not far, just around the corner n the main road

Worst customer interaction ever seen from a reputed bank , doesn't even know how to behave to customers.
