Feather Touch - Fast food restaurant in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

Back to my college days, I would come down to this place with my ex gf often to fill my stomach right after classes are over. This place holds a special memory for me. But, since then I never visited again untill this November 2021. I was too hungry while waiting for my vehicle to be delivered from TK servicing, I rushed for a plate of chou and really filled my stomach to my full satisfaction. But, the next day I had to visit again since my vehicle was not delivered the previous day. I was hungry as usual, I went by to this restaurant again but, it disappointed me. I ask for Momo after looking at the menu. They had no momo so I had to go for other options, which I was a little reluctant. I really wanted to taste momo since I already had tasted chou the previous day. Out of luck!!!! Momo khotom hoishe!!! Okay! Chou please then. Brought to my table, said a pray and to took a mouthful...... Yakkkkkkkkk! I wasn't able to swallow it.... Seriously why do you have to put so much salt? I regretted visiting this place on that day. Dear "Feather Touch" please, it's my humble request. Don't add too much salt to your chou or momo or whatever items whichever Requires salt. If ever the customer need more salt, they can always have the option to add it by themselves but if you add up too much salt in the first place while cooking or frying, it becomes a problem. I wasted 150Rs on nothing.... I couldn't even eat so I left without finishing up my plate which is against my basic principles. I'll be visiting again and if this thing is brought to your notice and do the changes which needed to be done, I will absolutely rate it 5stars. I would not have rated even a single star not only if we could comment without rating. Thank you.

The food items are too good... Thank you for home delivery .. Fresh foods and love it

The quality of the food and the place is good. This winter we bought all our items including birthday cake from feather touch. The only suggestion we would like to offer is the service of the lady in the reception. Either she is arrogant or unprofessional.

I went there for the first time today and i took brown bread i i asked the service girl is ithis bread todays tr how.. she replied yes .. and went i i touch the bread it was sooo cold like it was jus taken out from the fridge and wen i saw the bread i saw some hairs on the bread .... My only advice to maintain cleaniless while making the bread as we trsur them ... Woorst experience in the first place becoz of the bread

The foods' not bad, but da cold coffee was da worst dat I av ever tasted.. Not worth even half da price.. Gave da feedback to da staffs but they were quiet and juz gave a blank look...!!

Forget it if you want to have coffee and red velvet! The coffee I was served was too milky (I thought I was having milk) and the red velvet was nothing but mere sugar dressing

Food are ok but too expensive, service for cathering is not good at all

Food is decent but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
