Very different experience then typical gym. The regular gym instructor watch tv unless and untill you take personal training. Over here workout are conducted by instructors which helps a lot. If the form or technique is going wrong they demonstrate it.
Enjoying every session at FCS. Reduced a lot of fat with proper guidance from professional trainers. I would recommend FCN to all overweight guys who are willing to be leanVery Glad to be at FCS.

It's been almost 2 years. The overall experience and atmosphere at the gym is awesome. Extra activities like peg board, gymnastic rings and boxing bag are also free to use once enrolled.
