I have been going to this gym for a couple of months now. Due to my work schedule I have been toggling the timings when I go to gym. Shakti master who is my personal trainer understood my situation and makes sure that I never go unattended. He gives you proper guidance and helps you to understand why a workout is done. I have had a stiff muscles and frequent neck pain when i started going to gym. He helped me patiently to overcome those issues. And as far as the gym goes, there are equal number of male and female trainers. There is no extra buzz and fancy stuff. It has what you need and professional people to guide you.
As a beginner I was very doubtful to start gym. I wanted to give a try with FB fitness studio . I had chosen for personal training as I wanted to get perfect posture and forms of workout. The gym facilities are good, well maintained and clean. The trainers are friendly and motivating. Sakthi master has been training me for almost 1.5 months. He understood about my health issues and tailored the workouts so that I don't get burned out at the same time he pushed me to do more with mix of strength functional and cardio training. I would recommend the gym for anyone starting their fitness journey.

I joined FB Fitness Studio a year ago, initially planning for just a couple of months. However, due to the excellent environment and trainers, I have continued for almost 1.5 years. FB Fitness Studio is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a wide variety of equipment for various activities. I received my workout plan from Sakthi master, and he understood the needs of everyone and prepared a personalized plan. Within a couple of months, I not only increased my weight but also achieved a perfect posture. For those looking to improve their posture and make changes in their weight, I highly recommend Sakthi Master and FB Fitness Studio.
Started my fitness journey 1.5 years ago just because I was looking for a lady trainer and found one of them here. But they proved me wrong. The trainers are very friendly and guide us according to our strength and are very conscious on the chart prepared for us. Well equipped facility and approachable trainers...what else one would require to drive us through our journey of fitness & weight-loss. Trainer Shakti is one who coaches and motivates us and worth a mention, and so is Jai!
Fantastic place to begin your workout journey. The trainers and the equipments here are amazing. You get proper guidance on how to maintain your exercise routine with workout charts individually created. All the trainers especially Sakthi and Jai are knowledgeable and easily approachable. I joined FB fitness studio 1month ago ,Its more comfortable to workout in this gym and the trainers are very friendly manner and very humble and then most comfortable to workout womens also and the most important one is they are maintaining the gym is very clean and hygiene
