I ordered items and they are not picking call it has been 4 days, I paid money online, I have not received the product so please be careful with this Shop , I lost my money, don't buy anything from their website.

I purchased some items from their site above RS 500 on 18 April 2023. But I haven't received the product till date. I've tried to contact them through WhatsApp still no response. So I lost my money. Such a bad experience Don't buy products from this shop.

Those who plan to do reselling can also visit this place. They show many options and collections and they even suggest what might look good on us. Most importantly these ppl are Customer friendly

One of the worst experiences I have gone through. I ordered the products online for a large amount (almost 3000). Most of the products delivered were damaged. Some products(valuing total 750) were not delivered. I have called asking refund for the products not delivered. And have even sent the damaged products back. They blocked the number and didn't provide any refund

I ordered earings cost Rs 2500 (115pcs) plus Rs 1200 (shipping charges to Malaysia) on 13 Jun 2022. I did payment via google pay n inform them. They replied they had received the money and will shipout my goods the next day...After 2 days I called them nobody answered my call...few days passed but still cant contact them. I called them from different phone they answered my call and said was busy but already shipped out my parcel..I requested for tracking till the day no reply from them.. I asked my Malaysia customer to contact them ask for the tracking they replied will look for it... that's all...no reply till date...for their Fraud we have to pay the price.. dont trust them or place the order...be careful

This is our very first time earring purchase from Tamil Nadu itself but really glad of your quality and works keep doing and for sure I'll repeat my second order soon... nice collections with affordable price...no damage on jumkas so far all pretty good and awesome as well Ungala nambi purchase panalam brother..and you guys gave the best best jumkas so, I added it to my collections... thanks a lot

A total fraud. You can't expect the order on time. Once the order is placed, no proper tracking and neither a proper response. They themselves don't know when the product will be delivered. I'm still waiting for the product which was ordered 10days back, against their TAT two days.

Worst customer service ever. Any defect in your product they wont take care of it. So check it more than once before you buy anything from here. They will try to dump more than you thought of buying and you will end spending more thinking the product will be good and they will respond if any problem occurs. They wont care about anything. Would suggest not to buy from here.
