I have ordered an Butterscotch Ice cake for 1/2 KG, cake was really good and decorated well, delivered on time.
WORST EXPERIENCE NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION I wish there was a chance to give a negative star here... Ordered cake for our daughter's first birthday and asked to deliver (just 1.5km away) the cake at 10:00 AM, when called at 10:50AM to ask they didn't answer, then we went directly to the location where they questioned us in return asking why we didn't call them to remind about the delivery. We were still patient and asked them to hurry up and delivery. Finally they delivered the cake at 12:00PM (2 hours after the requested time of delivery) When questioned about the delay post even there was no remorse or sorry and they posed the same question again "why didn't you call us for your cake" Worst experience ever will never trust them for any event. Suggest all tiruttani residents too... be aware and cautious they will mess up your special day.
One of the worst experience We had in fb Cakes Tiruttani for our first son birthday. Ordered fondant cake and recieved semi fondant. Cake Had color which wasn't going off from hands even after washing 10 times. Very very rude behaviour of staff Please be careful and get all the details while ordering. I suggest make an agreement with attestation to defend . My humble request to FB cakes MD kindly ensure the food quality since cakes are mostly eaten by infants and kids

Not so good,Ordered pineapple cake. They just added a flavoured syrup on top of the cake and the sweetness was too high. Interior was good and ambiance was nice
