As I experienced in this hospital regarding treatments and staffs' availablity and all related services are good and perfect place to get the same. No doubt, My sister was admitted here in critical condition at the last stage but by the blessings of Allah and hardworking of doctors gave my sister a second life So a lot of thanks for the same.

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen in our entire life. This hospital is very very expensive they are greedy people and looting money for making money, government should strict action against this hospital. As well as staff behavior very very rude they don't know how to talk professionally. In counter staff her name is Rima dey she's totally manners less that is Every staff has more power, dignified person as compare to patient or you if you're there crorepati one Also there is a manager his behavior like he's president of this country totally unfavorable behavior which is negative attitude. I'm fully dissatisfied from this hospital cause of these pathetic service.

This hospital does not value patient even after charging good amount, nurses are rude and uneducated, they dont know how to fix cannula, totally irresponsible, lack of privacy, anyone can enter in the labor room for toilet while delivery. They have made labor room as public toilet. They are only looking for money not for caring patients. They dont give much time to patient and doctor also are in very haste. Even after taking VIP room, didnt get a blanket for patient. Such a careless hospital. Does not inform attendee about doctor arrival. Hospital in Purnea is sinking, they need to go outside and need to see the status of hospital in other states.Totally disappointed about hospitals in Purnea

There is lack of management and no rules and regulations how to treat customer equally as well as reception staff behavior very very rude they don't know how to talk professionally. This hospital is one of the best hospitals in Purnea because it has doctors from almost all departments and does not even charge much money.

Fatma Hospitals is one of the biggest hospital in purnea. Very cooperative staffs and neat clean areas. Doctors are very exprienced and helpful.

Worst experience I have been ever faced. There is receptionist Rima Dey she's mentally disturbed need a psychiatrist first. I'm totally dissatisfied from staff behavior a lots of irrelevent argument have been faced there.
