Their customer service is also great and they are very responsive. The delivery of the product was super fast. So, start shopping without a second thought!

Really loved the finishing and fit of the dress. It's a really good service from you. SUGGESTION: The delivery was very late(two months)and made me feel like I got scammed. I got the product a week after I demanded a refund. I would recommend you guys to give proper update to the customer so that you will be able to provide good customer satisfaction. Or mention in your website that the delivery will take 2/3 months instead of "30 days" that's promised in the site.

I don't agree with the comments posted here. I had placed order for three products on Aug 16th and I happened to see these reviews after that. I was really worried if I was cheated but that was not the cause. Unlike the delivery time mentioned by them.. i got all the three products within three months... The quality of the products is good and I loved the look and feel of it. The customer support was also very co operative. They will definitely take your calls and answer you. So though late, I don't regret buying products from Fathis .. I am sure most of the people who have responded in a negative way here may have got the products a Lil later..

I initially had a positive experience with this online store as they delivered my first order accurately. However, my satisfaction turned into frustration when I ordered two more items, paid in advance, and now they are unresponsive to calls and messages. The lack of communication is concerning, making me reconsider future purchases.i wont recommending this to others.

Very very pathetic customer service.. do not order at all!! I got scammed! No reply no update what so ever! The contact number provided are either not reachable or no one picks up ! No reply on the email id provided too !!! Terrible experience! It's almost 20 days since I order and no update at all. No message in insta too. I have been asking for a refund and no response.THEY ARE FAKE !

Dear Team, Yesterday evening, I received my order that I placed on June 22nd, 2023. The process took almost 5 months in total. I was satisfied with the material and stitching of the product. Note : Please respond to your customers' calls or messages in a timely manner. I attempted to reach out via Instagram, calls, and WhatsApp messages. There has been no response from your side (two numbers have been noted). The majority of customers have paid in advance. All of them are concerned that your teams are being dishonest because of your lack of response. (I also believe that). Responding is necessary, otherwise the feedback will be negative. Anyway, I am happy. Thank you

Initially I gave a very worst feedback since they're are not attending the calls. Yesterday I received my order.. Such a lovely dress.. I am totally happy with quality and perfection..

I ordered for a kurti from them 40days back ..while ordering they said maximum of 20days ..after waiting for 30days i tried contacting them.till then no updates ...no replies for messges after placing order ..not picking up calls from my number ..finlly wen i called from another number they attemded and told its not even ready for dispatch !! Told they ll didpatch after 2days and send tracking details..after that call its been enough time ..not even a reply for messages still ! Horrible experience. Update..They are frauds ...after 1.5months when i again questioned them ,they re telling the product is not available ..they take payment without hesitation within 2minutes and for refund you have to wait 7days it seems ..
