It was an awesome experience of staying over there. Wonderful property. And good staff. Overall a great outing.Good cooperation with gust, full fill facility provide to gust, excellent place to enjoy full day.Polite staff, good food, spacious rooms. Cleanliness is superb How ever the process of check in and check out is very time consuming. Adequate staff should be provided.

Our stay at Fateh Garh for 3 days in the heritage suite with balcony room was a marvellous experience. Nestled in the hills far outside from the hustle and bustle of the city, the views from every corner of this resort of the surrounding hills and Fateh Sagar Lake will take your breath away. The rooms are huge and the bathroom itself has the size of a room of a normal 5 star business hotel. The property has a heritage feel to it at every corner but the thing which stands out the most is their amazing hospitality. The staff and management are there to fulfill your every demand with a smile and sometimes without even asking for it. As an example - I am a heavy black tea drinker and had run out of tea bags very soon (property provided enough, it's just that I drink tea a lot) but best thing is next day when they replenished the tea/coffee etc., I saw they have added more tea bags and extra water bottles pro-actively without me even mentioning it to them... only suggestions I have for them are - please put some more dustbins in the property at different locations , please add a floor mat in the bathroom and also it would be great if you could add some kids room or some area for the kids to play .. but these are minor things and I can assure you that they don't come as a hindrance for the wonderful experience you are going to have here

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a highly acclaimed 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience with their restaurants left much to be desired. The poor hospitality I encountered, both in terms of taste and service, was quite disheartening. Furthermore, the communication and understanding of specific dietary requirements by the restaurant staff were sorely lacking. Despite clearly mentioning my preference for Jain Food, they seemed unable to comprehend and cater to this request appropriately. This lack of attention to detail is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to providing personalized service. During my stay of two days and one night at this supposedly luxurious hotel, I had hoped for a memorable dining experience that would complement the overall ambiance and reputation of the establishment. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different, and I was left with a distinct feeling of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with the restaurants at this 5-star hotel was far from satisfactory. The poor hospitality, evident in the delayed service, inability to understand dietary requirements, and lackluster taste, greatly diminished the overall dining experience. For a hotel that claims to provide top-notch service, these shortcomings were both surprising and disappointing. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a truly exceptional dining experience for future guests.

The view from hotel was mind-blowing, green Aravalli hill range and you can clearly see both of the udaipur lake and city palace from every floor. Excellent property, amazing view. Very spacious rooms and cleanliness. They have made heritage theme and it felt like we are living in a small king palace. Food was good and very friendly and helpful staff.

Positives - Beautiful and stunning location.Great design in the reception and common areas and some aspects of architecture are beautiful. Large, spacious rooms. The decor is v cool - they should sell some of that stuff - I would buy it. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help- Manish in breakfast room was great and so was Bhawar Lal on the floor. Negatives: Not a heritage property so not sure why they call themselves that. I gave them a 3 on rooms because they smelt of sewage/ damp - they did try to fix it but still I feel they should handle these things proactively. Toilets dont flush properly and there is mold in rooms. Gave a 4 on service because Food doesn't have a lot of variety and is very standard run of the mill fare (also oily and too spicy). the location makes up for many of the drawbacks. I think you should stay in the old city near the lakes if you want to see more of the City. Many beautiful properties there. If you want to relax and not see much of Udaipur, then this is a great location. They offered some interesting activities like vintage car rides etc. I didn't try them but they might be worth it.

While the location of the resort is undeniably good, boasting a 5-star rating, the same cannot be said about the hospitality and behavior of the kitchen staff. During our stay, my family and I encountered an extremely disappointing situation when it came to the service and quality of food. After waiting for a staggering 45 minutes for our meal, we decided to voice our concerns. However, instead of showing remorse or attempting to rectify the situation, the staff shockingly asked us to check out. This unexpected and unwelcoming response left us feeling shocked and uncomfortable. Adding to the disappointment, the food itself was not up to the standards one would expect from a resort of this caliber. The kitchen staff exhibited a significant delay in serving the meals, leaving our hungry children waiting for an extended period. Moreover, when the food did finally arrive, it lacked taste and failed to meet even basic expectations. Considering the aforementioned issues, I would advise future guests to think twice before choosing to stay at Fateh Garh. While the location and overall ambiance may be appealing, it is advisable to order food from external platforms such as Zomato or Swiggy, to ensure a satisfactory dining experience. In conclusion, my family's experience at Fateh Garh by Fateh Collection was marred by poor hospitality and the disheartening behavior of the kitchen staff. It is my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and strives to improve the overall guest experience, particularly in terms of service and food quality.

The room facilities are complete and the service personal are of high quality, which is very difficult from some express bussiness hotel. The breakfast is rich in varieties the bedding is comfotable and the overall value for money is excellent. It is very satisfying experience.

Out of this world! Amazing property..well laid out on vast acreage on top of a hill. Nice views of lakes and hills. Food and service was great! Very reasonably priced. Breathtaking views. Must visit!
