Poor dining experience. Worst food with hair in soup and cockroach in briyani. No response from the manager also. Worst hygiene maintained with tables not cleaned as well as soon as guests left. Tables were I cleaned for more than an hour with spillage all over. If you have kids do not eat here for risk of making them sick.
Yummy north, south Indian food. Malai kofta and other dishes were really good.
Kudos to the chef and staff.
I am frequent visitor to this place. The food used to be really good. Even the last visit in November was amazing. But our visit yesterday Jan 22 2020 was extremely horrible, rotten used were used in the soggy noodles given to us. all 4 of us were stomach sick after the lunch. One of those places we will miss going.
Very very slow service...and we had a 2 cm big cockcroach in the egg briyani we had ordered. And the waiter just said sorry and finished his task.
Yesterday March 7 2022 had our lunch with our family mates of 14 members we had worst experience the very next day all of us went to hospital for stomach upset and vomiting.Never ever had worst food like this.Please don't choose any one this restaurant for your safty
I had a worst experience with this restaurant today.They have planted numerous hoarding signs along the highway road from ooty road to Avalanche road.After a 45 min ride from Emerald lake,I was able to reach this place only to find that it is under renovation.While closing a restaurant for renovation is completely acceptable,Closing the entire restaurant without prior intimation is rude.I don't expect you to give a paper ad or something,but you can update your timings in google bussiness right?
When we were searching for a restaurant to we went into a hotel they had a restaurant, when we went, the food was amazing.
Best in town view for a restaurant , must visit for the views itself to the emerald lake , good quality food too with good quantity ! Loved it , will visit again !
