I went to this gym during our Vacation in Goa. Decent gym. There are most of the equipments you need and if something is missing then the trainer Mr Sunil will always be there to assist you with alternatives that will best suit your requirements. All the trainers and staff are very cordial and approachable. Special thanks to Mr. Sunil who was always there for us to provide with any tips and advice needed pertaining to diet, exercise, nutrition, strength training, toning, weight loss or muscle mass gain.
One of the best gym in South Goa with the best trainers especially trainer Sunil was approachable, helpful and friendly.I always have a good time over here. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

FAT TO FIT is a complete , clean gym. Their Trainers are Exceptional. Mr Sunil is an incredible Trainer and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. This is definitely the best gym in Benaulim. The equipment is very new and they've added on additional space two separate times since I've started working out here. The trainers are awesome, especially Sunil! They are always available to help you with new exercises and make sure that your form is correct. Sunil knows his stuff and pushes me to get the results I am looking for. I'd recommend this gym to anyone because the staff and equipment are great. Thanks to Sunil and Velli for making this gym a welcoming and great place to work out!
Excellent staff. Really a different environment compared to previous gyms I've been to. Good Equipment and really warm and friendly vibes Joel is an Amazing trainer and very knowledgeable. Whilst in Colva I did 2 yoga classes with Vinay. We did traditional hatha yoga including asanas, pranayama and meditation. Vinay is an experienced teacher who delivered well thought and professional classes. I would recommend his classes

I visited Goa with my family for a week and stayed at the Gomes Mansion in Benaulim. It is a three bedroom fully furnished apartment with separate toilets and a fully set up kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Mr. and Mrs. Gomes were very welcoming
Decent AC rooms with mini balcony, fridge, kettle, wifi and other basic ammenities. Has beautiful garden with cats. Area is peaceful, market and church are nearby. The owner and his family are very polite and humble.
Was holidaying. Got a 1bhk apartment with clean rooms, good air conditioning and furniture. Close to the trinity beach and great eating joints. Excellent place for stay in South Goa. A little far from North Goa.
